When Callum commenced his career over fifteen years ago in the UK he was able to use his innate people skills to build relationships and manage high performing teams. When the GFC hit he began to understand world economy cycles and how Australia fits into this puzzle and so, his interest in research was piqued.

Upon moving back to Australia, he went straight into sports marketing, specialising in sponsorship and media for a national not-for-profit organisation. Before a leadership opportunity arose at a newly listed ASX tech company where he spent several years managing a team. One of the most valuable insights he learnt was the
importance of compliance, due diligence and regulation and how pivotal these are for contributing to success in any industry.

After investing in property around Australia with his family he discovered a passion for property buying and joined the 1Group team. Having worn many hats in the 1Group business, Callum understands the detailed buying process, including; research, support, due diligence, and negotiation, which are all required to secure
the right property that will perform best for his client’s objectives.
